    Claim Submitted Electronically

    The claim is submitted through a licensed clearinghouse directly to the client’s insurance payer. Real-time submission confirmation.

  5. Insurance Reimburses the Client

    The insurance company processes the claim and sends payment directly to the client. If the claim is denied, recoupr automatically evaluates and files an appeal.
